1. Description of Service
ProFeedWP is a WordPress plugin that enables you to display content from your LinkedIn feed on your WordPress website.
2. LinkedIn Integration
2.1. ProFeedWP relies on LinkedIn’s APIs, services, and technical infrastructure. We have no control over LinkedIn’s availability, policies, or technical changes.
2.2. If LinkedIn modifies its services, APIs, or policies in a way that prevents or limits our ability to provide the Plugin’s functionality, we will not be liable for any resulting loss of service, and no refunds will be issued for such changes.
3. Content Collection and Storage
3.1. By using the Plugin, you grant us permission to collect, store, and process certain data from your LinkedIn account, including images and messages you have posted on LinkedIn, for the sole purpose of enabling the Plugin to display your feed on your website.
3.2. We will not sell or share your content with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Plugin’s functionality or comply with legal obligations.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You are solely responsible for the content displayed via the Plugin on your website, including ensuring compliance with LinkedIn’s terms of service, applicable laws, and any relevant copyright or privacy regulations.
4.2. We are not responsible for any misuse of LinkedIn’s service or violations arising from how you display or use the feed.
5. License and Usage
5.1. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plugin on the number of websites specified in your license agreement.
5.2. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the Plugin for resale without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Plugin, including but not limited to service interruptions caused by LinkedIn’s changes or downtime.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin if you breach these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
