1.3. LinkedIn company page content:

  • Publicly available LinkedIn company page content needed to display the feed on your website, such as post text, post dates, post URLs, images or media associated with posts, and public engagement metadata where available and enabled for the plan.
  • ProFeedWP does not require you to provide your LinkedIn login credentials to the plugin. ProFeedWP does not collect your LinkedIn password.

1.4. Technical and website usage information:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, cookies, and information about your interactions with our website or services.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. ProFeedWP API Service

The ProFeedWP plugin connects to the ProFeedWP API service to fetch and cache LinkedIn feed content.

The plugin sends only the information needed to provide the feed service, apply free or paid service limits, verify paid-plan access where applicable, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

The free version may be limited by service rules such as one company feed, a limited number of posts, and restricted refresh or engagement features. Paid plans may receive higher limits and additional API functionality after license verification.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store information using trusted hosting, database, and infrastructure providers. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Cached LinkedIn company page content is stored only as needed to provide the plugin’s feed functionality, improve performance, reduce unnecessary requests, and maintain service reliability.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.2. Freemius: ProFeedWP uses Freemius for licensing, subscriptions, account management, software updates, and payments. If you opt in to Freemius, create a license, or purchase a paid plan, Freemius may process account, billing, site, license, and usage information according to its own policies. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

6.3. Hosting, database, analytics, and infrastructure providers: We may use trusted providers to operate the website, plugin service, API, analytics, email, support, and security systems.
